His experience spans the built environment, manufacturing, government, agriculture, and consumer products, with a background working with emerging technologies and research-backed ventures. That breadth makes him readily adaptable across complex industries and challenges

Subscription
A monthly fee that builds a retainer you can draw on as needed - the most cost effective way to engage.
Fee for service
Ideal for one-off engagements. Payment is tied to clear milestones and delivery.
Sweat for equity
For capital-constrained startups. I contribute services in exchange for an agreed equity stake (sometimes paired with a cash fee). Offered at my discretion.
Fractional
Embedded support based on an agreed FTE equivalent over a set timeframe.
Pro Bono
A limited allocation each year for impact-led startups working on meaningful change. Offered at my discretion.
